Taking this survey will provide valuable insights into where you are in your spiritual growth journey and help our church better understand the needs of our congregation. Through this understanding, we can create intentional opportunities for you to progress to the next phase of your spiritual growth. Your participation in the survey can help guide our efforts to serve you better and support your spiritual development.

We are asking that every person in our church answer the survey questions. This includes responding for the children in your family. You will be given an option at the end of the survey to respond for your children.
