Jesus’ resurrection is a verification of his identity and message, but there is much more to this miracle than that. While earlier gospel miracles undid the individual effects of sin, Jesus’ victory over the grave broke the curse altogether. There is no greater demonstration that God’s kingdom is present than the King’s triumph over death itself.
