The event goes from 4:00-5:30 pm

It is at Ross Elementary School | 1400 SE 34th St, Topeka, KS 66605.

Parking is available at Indiana Ave Church of Christ.

• Costume Parade with candy giveaway!
• Costume Contest Categories:
  • Best Costume for 5 years old and under
  • Best Costume for ages 6 to 10
  • Best Costume for ages 11 to 15
  • Best Costume for ages 16 and up
  • Best Senior Citizen Costume
  • Best Group Costume (2 or more).
• Inflatable Obstacle Course
• Free Pumpkin Patch for everyone 18 and under
• Light Snacks & Bottled Water provided
